Advanced Storage Units

Give your players a place to store their valuables and a new business to run. Advanced Storage Units brings storage rentals, permanent ownership, shared access, overdue auctions, and player-owned storage facilities to your FiveM server through a modern storage terminal.

Player features

• Rent or buy outright: Choose recurring rental payments or purchase a unit permanently with no rent or overdue auctions.
• Rental buyouts: Convert an existing rental into permanent ownership when buyouts are enabled for its tier.
• Upgradeable storage: Expand inventory slots and weight capacity while keeping stored items.
• PIN protection: Set, change, or remove a 4–8 digit PIN, with configurable lockouts for repeated incorrect attempts.
• Shared access: Invite players using their server ID and grant permanent access or temporary access for 1 hour, 1 day, or 7 days.
• Member management: View saved members and revoke access when needed.
• Custom unit names: Rename units to keep personal and shared storage organized.
• Access history: Review recorded unit entries when history is enabled.
• Cash and bank payments: Choose between the payment methods enabled by the server owner.
• Storage browser: Search by unit number and browse all units, accessible units, or auctions.

Rentals and auctions

• Configurable rental periods, grace periods, and advance payment limits.
• Overdue rentals lose regular storage access and enter auction after the grace period.
• Live bidding with configurable starting bids and minimum percentage increases.
• Anti-sniping extensions for bids placed near the auction deadline.
• Automatic outbid refunds, including queued refunds for offline players.
• Auction winners receive the unit with its stored contents and a fresh rental period.
• Auctions without bidders are automatically extended.

Player-owned facilities

• Put entire storage locations up for sale through the admin panel.
• Let players become landlords and collect rental income in a facility balance.
• Allow landlords to adjust rent within server-configured percentage limits.
• Withdraw facility earnings through the configured payout method.
• Customize an owned facility's name and map blip settings.
• Start auctions for overdue rentals and cancel eligible landlord auctions before any bids are placed.
• Configure facility ownership limits separately from unit ownership limits.

Administration and roleplay

• In-game location editor: Create and edit storage locations with `/storageadmin`.
• Position helper: Place a terminal using your current position.
• Location controls: Set unit counts, facility sale prices, and map blip appearance.
• Job and gang restrictions: Apply minimum-grade requirements to a location or individual unit.
• Police tools: Configure authorized jobs and grades for storage inspections and timed lockdowns.
• Discord logs: Configure separate webhook categories for rentals, buyouts, auctions, access, police actions, facilities, administration, security events, and unit openings.
• Persistent data: Save unit ownership, access settings, rental information, and facility records in the database.
• Configurable economy: Adjust tiers, capacities, rent, buyouts, upgrade fees, auction settings, and ownership limits.

PINs supplement owner/member permissions; knowing a PIN alone does not grant access. Feature availability and prices depend on the server configuration.
